- Hello Readers & Contributors: My name is SeaJay. I enjoy reading, learning, and experimenting with the latest technology – such as this blog. As a Professional - I earned a BA from California State University-Fullerton, a MA from NMSU in Curriculum and Instruction, and 30+ credits in Special Education. I am in my tenth year of teaching. Six of those years are in Corrections – teaching incarcerated juveniles and currently incarcerated male adults. Prior to my second career, I was a tax accountant for a CPA/Tax Attorney in California. Personal Information – I have a great husband who is in the process of completing his second masters. In our down time, we enjoy doing things together such as tending our vegetable/flower garden, taking walks in the desert with our lab, sitting on the deck with a glass of wine watching the sunset/stars in the night sky, and traveling to see the kids and grandkids. This semester I started working on a Certificate for Online Teaching & Learning at NMSU. There are many new technology tools available to incorporate in online classes.
